Adult Individual Therapy

A one-on-one session is tailored to individual needs such as: processing personal experiences, managing anxiety or depression symptoms, and developing healthy coping tools in a confidential environment. This service is available to individuals age 18+.

Child Individual Therapy

A one-on-one session is tailored to your child's needs such as: emotion management, boundary setting, developing healthy coping tools, and creating an environment to promote healthy self-esteem. This service is available to individuals ages 8-18. 

Couples Therapy

Whether  married or just starting out, relationships are hard work. Individuals bring their whole selves, traumas, dreams, and flaws into a relationship. So, it is no wonder that so many couples encounter challenges. Couples Therapy is tailored to each couple with the ultimate goal of improving each person's ability to show up as their true selves and communicate more effectively with one another.

Out-of-Network Insurance:
If you have a different insurance not listed above, I do accept OON Clients. In these cases, clients pay for the service upfront and then are provided with an invoice to submit to their insurance for personal reimbursement as your health plan allows. The client is solely responsible for communicating with their insurer.
